For a client we are looking for a Senior Test Manager SAP S / 4 IS-U.

Within the IT department the Test Manager is likely to work on multiple projects, mainly in the field related to SAP S4 IS-U but not only. Expertise in Utilities (IS-U) is essential.
As part of our plans to implement the company’s new processes in SAP, the sought-after consultant will be experienced in all types of solution testing between IT and business.
The position requires both functional and technical experience and understanding of the skill sought.
He will have team spirit and be able to plan and work independently with IT experts and also with business users.
In addition, the consultant will be able to give his colleagues advice and coaching in the field of tests.
In this role, he:
o Is able to set up a testing strategy and a testing approach for a project as well as for changes to the current solution.
o Write the integrated test plan, with the support of the test manager;
o Implements and manages the monitoring of identified tests and anomalies (including the follow-up on the solution of anomalies);
o Defines the scope and schedule of the different test phases and sets up detailed monitoring of tests (real-time dashboard);
o Monitors the development of different test scenarios based on a project’s blueprint and assists in their execution when necessary;
o Monitors the progress of tests versus the schedule and reports anomalies, including the risks related to them, and reports to the PM IT and the project Steerco;
o Ensures that the documentation and training are in line with testing needs;
o Verifies that all relevant applications and interfaces are tested to ensure "no" regression after release;
o Get familiar with the SAP IS-U application and related applications.
The expected deliverables are:
o a test approach and schedule for the various SAP projects;
o a library of test scenarios (positive and negative);
o a list of acceptance criteria;
o an approach and a test solution;
o a reporting of test results as well as related anomalies and actions using the JIRA tool;
o test monitoring and acceptance reports;
o a deep documentation to reuse in the future.
Reinforced requirements on JIRA (advanced expertise)
The Test Manager must have advanced expertise in JIRA, including:
o the design and optimization of workflows (conditions, validators, post-functions) ;
o the creation of dashboards and real-time reports for monitoring tests and anomalies;
o the use of test management extensions such as Xray, Zephyr or equivalent;
o Management of permissions, screens, schemas, and notifications. Demonstrated experience in JIRA administration is strongly desired.
Methodological skills (ISTQB + test management)
An ISTQB Foundation certification is required; the ISTQB Test Manager / Advanced certification is a major asset. The consultant must be proficient in testing methodologies (V-Model, Agile, Hybrid), quality risk management, the definition of test KPIs, as well as the implementation of a structured testing governance.
Specific SAP skills expected
The consultant must have a good understanding of SAP S4 IS-U and Open Text processes as well as integration tests between modules. Knowledge of SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC, CPI) is an asset. He must be able to analyze an SAP blueprint, identify impacts on tests, and define relevant E2E scenarios.
