IT Project Manager Position

For a client, we are seeking an IT Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience in IT/OT and networking/connectivity. This is a temporary full-time position starting in early September and currently planned until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Role Purpose:

The IT Project Manager will play a key role in a complex, safety-critical environment, working with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver reliable, customer-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to shape and define specific initiatives and projects.
• Deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and procurement.
• Coordinate resources and vendors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Stakeholder collaboration.
• Structured problem solving.
• Planning and prioritization.
• Clear communication in English; Dutch/French is a plus.
• Safety and compliance mindset.
• Planning and budgeting.
• Stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in regulated, 24/7 operations is a plus.
• Exposure to the airport or transport sector is welcomed.

Languages:

English is required; Dutch and/or French are an advantage.
