Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Brussels

Work Regime: 2 days on-site per week, 3 days remote work

On-Site Requirements: Minimum 8 hours per day on-site, remote work maximum 7 hours and 48 minutes per day. To achieve 40 hours per week, 8 hours and 18 minutes per day on-site is required.

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 1st July 2027, with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Support four teams within the domains of medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the MyHealth mobile application.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders in the consistent application of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Operate effectively within a complex organizational environment.
• Prepare to take on the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role from 2027 onwards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Senior professional with strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices while preserving underlying values and principles.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Expert level in Agile methodologies.
• Junior level in Agile Coaching.
• Confirmed experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ambition and capability to grow into the Release Train Engineer position.
• Obtain SAFe Release Train Engineer certification by the end of Q1 2027.

Language Proficiency:

Active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English is required.
