Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Web team, focusing on Agile Delivery and Team Enablement. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling Agile teams to deliver value efficiently and sustainably. Your role will include facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving continuous improvement. Acting as a servant leader, you will help create a transparent, empowered, and high-performing team environment focused on delivering high-quality products. This position is 100% remote.

Conformity Criteria:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, adhering to Agile principles.
• In the last 2 years, the candidate must have held a role where Scrum Master was the sole responsibility, excluding any other roles.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Sitecore CMS development teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in the railway transport domain.
• 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French at a minimum C level.
• Ability to come to the office 2 days a week (Monday mandatory).

Evaluation Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams, including coordinating team activities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as evidenced by at least 2 previous assignments.
• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring team members, facilitating meetings or workshops, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders within software development projects for at least 10 years in a company larger than 200 persons.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to the timely delivery of software projects, including identifying, reporting, and resolving project-related issues within the scope of the assignment. Provide at least 3 examples where you demonstrated this experience.
• Proven experience facilitating collaboration between team members and stakeholders, implementing process improvements, and applying structured reporting and follow-up practices within software development projects. Provide an example in at least 1 project.
• Demonstrated experience working with geographically distributed or offshore development teams, including coordination of activities across different locations and time zones in at least 2 projects.

Skills:

• 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
