AI Architect 

Duration: Start as soon as possible until April 2027

Location: Leuven (50% Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies.
• Define the roadmap and strategic vision for the evolution of the Copilot Studio Software Factory.
• Evaluate best practices, architectural patterns, governance models, and platform capabilities.
• Advise on scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence of conversational AI solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions.
• Guide teams on SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with architects to translate strategic concepts into implementable solutions.
• Stay ahead of the Copilot Studio innovation curve by rapidly absorbing new product releases and platform enhancements.
• Assess new platform features and identify opportunities for adoption within the organization.
• Coach and mentor internal team members in Copilot Studio and Power Platform best practices.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable implementation patterns.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience (2+ years) with Microsoft Copilot Studio in enterprise environments.
• Strong track record of keeping pace with Copilot Studio innovation and applying emerging capabilities to enterprise solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Proven experience designing and implementing conversational AI solutions.
• Experience defining platform strategy, governance, and architectural guidelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with GitHub and source control best practices.
• Strong Azure knowledge, including authentication, integrations, monitoring, and cloud-native services.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and governance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
