Programme Domain Architect Position

For a client, we are seeking a Programme Domain Architect to join a global digital transformation program in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee high-level design across the program.
  • Guide service architects and ensure architectural consistency and alignment across all teams.
  • Oversee integration between platforms such as Azure, Salesforce, and Genesys, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for architecture, challenging other architects and ensuring compliance with standards and business rules.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate features into robust technical solutions.
  • Proactively share knowledge, connect the right people, and ensure alignment among stakeholders to build a strong architecture team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Domain Architect, or Programme Architect in an international, corporate environment.
  • Strong background in software development, including .NET Core, design patterns, REST APIs, web services, and web apps.
  • Expertise in middleware, event-driven systems, integration, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong DevSecOps mindset with experience in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code; familiarity with observability tools like Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
  • Proficiency in technology stacks such as MSSQL, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge, persuade, and bring people along.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adept at seeking out information in complex, fast-evolving environments.
  • Fluent communication in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
