Medior/Senior Portfolio/AI Governance Transformation Consultant

Start Date: As soon as feasible

Duration: Approximately 3-6 months

Work Schedule: Open to both full-time and part-time support (3-5 days per week)

Responsibilities:

1. Sustain Current Operations:
   • Manage demand intake and portfolio governance.
   • Ensure portfolio reporting and transparency.
   • Oversee resource planning.
   • Prepare for management decision forums.
2. Deliver Planned Improvements:
   • Enhance resource management for line business.
   • Implement efficiency measurement processes for epics and features.
   • Track financial transparency and budget burn-rate.
   • Improve decision matrix and prioritization.
3. Future-Proof the Operating Model:
   • Develop governance practices integrating Portfolio, ART, and various organizational workflows.
   • Consider emerging AI governance requirements, including cost management.
   • Build integration with existing portfolio and agile methodologies.
   • Assess the impact of future transformation programs on governance scalability and adaptability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with portfolio management operating models, resource management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI impact on existing organizations and governance.
• Proven experience within complex enterprise environments and transformation.

Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English is required.
