IT Project Manager 

Start Date: 07/10/2026

End Date: 06/10/2027 (extendable by 12 months)

Location: Brussels

Languages: English + French and/or Dutch

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Write Project Briefs or Project Definitions.
• Plan and coordinate projects.
• Manage dependencies within and between projects.
• Coordinate project members and IT resources.
• Detect and mitigate risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, including management reporting.
• Follow-up and update the business case, including scope and financial management.
• Ensure the quality of end products and corporate processes.
• Analyze change requests on the project.
• Serve as the first contact point for the project sponsor.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create buy-in for the project and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading and guiding projects (5 years, Senior level).
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBok).
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
• Proficiency in French or Dutch (minimum C1 level in one and B1 in the other).
• Recognized coaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (5 years, Senior level).
• Experience in a hybrid approach (Waterfall & Agile) (3 years, Medior level).
• Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops (5 years, Senior level).
• Experience in analyzing and defining detailed requirements.
• Experience in coordinating project teams.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Experience with customer-related process domains: settlement.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with customer-related process domains: measure or billing.
• Experience with HP ALM, ServiceNow, and Topdesk.
• At least one of the following certificates: Prince 2 Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (Safe), or Professional Scrum Master.
• At least one of the following certificates: Prince 2 Foundation or Prince 2 Practitioner.
