Product Manager – Core HR

Location: Flemish-Brabant

Start Date: asap

End Date: 31/12/2026, with option for prolongation

Regime: Full time, minimum 3 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Operational RUN (25% of activities):
    • Manage day-to-day operations of applications (monitoring, solving incidents & problems, implement small configuration changes, etc.)
    • Manage the technical lifecycle of applications
    • Implement continuous improvements
    • Improve support documentation
    • Interact with 4th line support parties of applications
  • BUILD & CHANGE (75% of activities):
    • Build business cases
    • Conduct business requirement analysis and functional analysis, including validation with business stakeholders
    • Configuration & Testing
    • (Technical) Documentation & training
    • Serve as Technical Lead (ICT Project Coordinator) for small changes/implementations

Main Workload Focus for 2026/2027:

  • SuccessFactors Foundations:
    • Review current SF implementation and define modules/features for adaptation/activation
    • Oversee implementation of adaptations
  • Onboarding Project:
    • Improve SF Onboarding setup in SuccessFactors
    • Enhance SF Onboarding – SF Employee Central integration
    • Analyze & improve SF Crossboarding and Offboarding flow
  • Improvement of Integrations:
    • Enhance SF – Planpoint integration related to time off
    • Improve SF – Sailpoint integration (IAM)

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 5 to 8 years of experience within ICT, ideally within the HR domain
    • Experience as SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultant for EC/onboarding is crucial
    • Professional SAP Implementation certificate is a plus
    • Experience with integrations is a plus
    • First experience as project manager is a plus
  • Application Knowledge:
    • Must Have: Employee Central, Onboarding & data framework knowledge with hands-on implementation experience
  • Competences:
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and motivated to take initiative
    • Good understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Languages:
    • English is a must
    • Preferably Dutch-native
