Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to provide expert guidance and support for the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, with significant experience in migration projects. This role emphasizes technical expertise, advanced knowledge, and high-level consultation without project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Consultation and Advisory:
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to provide expert advice and solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and offer best practice recommendations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the primary expert on SAP HCM to SF EC migration.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.
- System Configuration and Implementation:
- Oversee the design and implementation of SF EC and modules in use.
- Manage and perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure successful setup that meets business requirements.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues and challenges as they arise.
- Data Migration:
- Develop and execute data migration strategies and plans.
- Ensure seamless data migration with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize data migration tools and techniques effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Provide detailed reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM & SAP Time, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and all SuccessFactors modules.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly desirable.
- Experience with S4HANA and a broad functional knowledge of different SAP modules and domains is an asset.
- Proven experience in migrating SAP HCM (PA/OM) to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with data migration tools & techniques.
- Advanced knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and customization.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Lead Consultant within IT environments.
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or AGILE approaches.
- High analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in ERP (SAP) and Corporate Services, Planning Tools, Application development (web, mobile), Integration tools (SAP BTP, CPI, IAS), and middleware is an asset.
- Experience in ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.
- Master’s degree (or comparable by experience) in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Conformity Criteria:
- More than 5 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect in large organizations for the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a SuccessFactors consultant.
- Proven experience as a solution architect for payroll integrations with SAP and non-SAP payroll systems.
- Fulfilled the role of project manager in at least 5 large projects related to SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and payroll integrations.
- Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Brussels.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level for all three languages).
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certified.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Knowledge of data mapping and transformation logic and techniques.
- Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Understanding HRIS architecture.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical knowledge of SAP CPI, APIs, Odata services, and SAP standard extractors.
- Knowledge on HR Data Migrations from multiple sources to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
