Locatie: Brussel (2 dagen onsite)

Responsibilities

• Defining, leading and implementing large and transversal IT projects and programs in order to realize complex cross-functional solutions to optimize and update the organizational processes.
• Leading a DevOps squad responsible for a set of applications within one or more weel-defined domains within the bank.
• Manage SLAs and coordinate operational support related to applications under squad management.
• Drawing up project plans (release, timing, resources,…) in order to realize the project in accordance with the objectives and in line with expectations. I
• Identifying and managing the risks of the projects assigned to them.
• Coordinate projects with all stakeholders in order to develop an environment that meets the requirements and strategy.
• Draw up and manage the long-term vision regarding the evolution of the application landscape under the management of the squad.
• Ensure the projects are delivered in lie with agreed results, budget and timeline.
• Incentive cooperation between the different parties at all hierarchy levels, in order to realize projects in a constructive and participative way."
