Back-End .NET Developer

Start Date: 03/08/2026

End Date: 31/12/2026 (5 months, with possible extension)

Work Regime: Full-time – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Role

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Back-End .NET Developer.

As a Back-End .NET Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of backend .NET framework components. You will work closely with developers, testers, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment to deliver high-quality software through iterative and incremental development. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and maintainability of the technical framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend .NET framework components using C# and .NET Core.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into reusable technical components for development teams.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, including second-line bug fixing and technical support for colleagues.
  • Continuously improve development processes and software quality by staying up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Implement automation and continuous integration through pipelines and unit testing to ensure stable development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters within a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare technical documentation and review documentation produced by less experienced developers.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
  • Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with a basic understanding and communication skills in the second national language.
  • Good understanding of English.
