Job Title: Project Manager IT & OT Projects

Start Date: 01/09/2026

Duration: 1 year, with possible extension

Work Regime: Full-time

Location: Vlaams-Brabant, with an onsite presence required 3 days a week. Remote work is possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance, but 100% remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various projects within the IT & OT program.
• Follow up on planning, budget, resource assignment, and scope.
• Host and own status and steering committee routines.
• Coordinate analysis, design, testing, and go-live phases.
• Provide support with logistics.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven project management experience in both waterfall and agile projects.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects.
• Proven experience in managing and working with external suppliers.
• Hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
• Understanding of IT & OT concepts and facilities environments is beneficial.

Range of Experience: 8 – 15 years

Language Skills: Fluent in English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
