OT Project Manager
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: End of the year, with potential extension through 2027
Location: Gent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation, business case development, funding approvals, and governance reviews.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Engineering, and IT organizations.
- Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Support deployment of manufacturing automation and digital manufacturing solutions.
- Coordinate activities related to OT network implementation, IT/OT segregation, infrastructure readiness, equipment connectivity, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Ensure all project activities comply with GxP, data integrity, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate vendor engagement and manage external partners throughout project execution.
- Prepare executive presentations, steering committee updates, and project approval documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, or related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations, Computer System Validation (CSV), and quality processes.
- Experience leading manufacturing automation, MES, OT, industrial controls, or digital manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of OT networking, industrial cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, and manufacturing systems integration.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- Experience with PLC, Historian, PI, or industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, and cybersecurity standards applicable to manufacturing.
- Experience supporting facility expansions, manufacturing technology deployments, or OT network segregation programs.
