Python Coach – SAS Migration

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Python Coach to support and guide a SAS to Python migration.

Practical Information

• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Schedule: Full-time, with 2 days per week onsite
• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Contract: In the event of early termination, the client may request up to 10 transfer days at no additional cost to ensure a proper handover.

Language Requirements

• Native proficiency in Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the migration from SAS to Python.
• Provide coaching and technical support to the team throughout the migration process.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops.
• Ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new technology stack.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the migration project.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience with both Python and SAS.
• Experience supporting or leading migration projects, preferably involving SAS to Python.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering training sessions and technical workshops.

Nice to Have

• Python certification.
• Experience in project management.
