Job Description:

The Enterprise Technology Governance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization’s technology landscape is governed effectively, aligned with strategic objectives, and compliant with regulatory requirements such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). This role supports enterprise-wide governance frameworks, monitors technology performance and risk, and facilitates decision-making across IT portfolios.

Responsibilities:

Technology Governance Support:

  • Support the intake process for technology and architecture requests by coordinating submission, review, and tracking of intake requests.
  • Perform assessment of the requests based on defined processes/procedures.
  • Track governance actions through to closure and maintain governance records.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and supporting documentation for technology and architecture governance forums.
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination activities associated with governance reviews.
  • Record meeting decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.

Data & Reporting:

  • Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from various technology teams and systems.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reporting packs and dashboards.
  • Prepare reports covering Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), technology lifecycle metrics, cloud adoption metrics, and architecture governance metrics.
  • Perform trend analysis and identify exceptions requiring management attention.
  • Support the continuous improvement of data quality, reporting processes, and performance measurements.

Portfolio & Lifecycle Oversight:

  • Maintain visibility into the technology portfolio, including applications, infrastructure, and services.
  • Track lifecycle stages of IT assets and ensure governance controls are applied consistently.
  • Assist in evaluating technology investments for strategic fit, risk, and compliance impact.

Risk & Resilience Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with risk, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams to assess technology-related risks and contribute to risk reporting and escalation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Competency Skills:

  • Knowledge in collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with DORA, ITIL, COBIT, or other governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with using LeanIX, ServiceNow, and Power BI is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience in DORA compliance reporting, governance frameworks, IT audit, LeanIX usage, ServiceNow SAM and HAM, technology assessment, and technology governance.
