Project Manager Infrastructure

Start Date: Mid-October

End Date: 31/12/2026, with an option for extension

Location: Antwerpen (full-time onsite is required)

Work Regime: Full-time

• Fluent in English

Role Description:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to provide temporary coverage within the Infrastructure team. The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, proactive stakeholder management, and operational follow-up. The role requires someone who can quickly become operational in a dynamic and fast-changing environment while maintaining oversight across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery and achievement of agreed milestones.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with project leads, design teams, planners, operations teams, and customers.
• Monitor project progress and report status to management and stakeholders.
• Follow up operational priorities and ensure commitments towards customers are met.
• Maintain oversight across multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Experience working in dynamic environments with frequent changes and shifting priorities.
