Process Support Team Experts

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ensure smooth operation of information processing in supply chain and logistics.
• Support and coach users in the usage of various IT tools.
• Handle or coordinate issues in information processing with the IT department.
• Assist in preparing and validating new business releases of core solutions.
• Support process and IT projects, focusing on migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S4/HANA.
• Propose enhancements for existing processes and solutions.
• Conduct training for end users.

In the scope of S/4HANA selective green fields conversion:

• Prepare functional test scenarios with support from business experts.
• Execute functional tests coordinated by business experts.
• Train key users and support them during UAT testing.
• Handle incidents during FT and UAT testing and communicate with the IT team.
• Update training documentation and train end users.
• Perform data quality checks for conversion.
• Support business for go-live preparation and provide post go-live support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of asset and maintenance business processes.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA EAM (PM) and SAP R/3 PM functionalities.
• Preferable knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for test follow-up.
• Preferable knowledge of automatic testing via SAP Solution Manager CBTA.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; German is preferable.
