Role Description:
As an IT Production Security - Delivery Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing a list of features assigned to different departments, overseeing dependencies, issues, and progress. You will ensure budget control and quality implementation, reporting progress to senior management. Your role will involve providing business security services, managing and maintaining security solutions, and performing day-to-day activities necessary for incident and change release management. You will define Key Performance Indicators, control activities, and implement control activities to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of security management services. You will support various stakeholders in security communication, coordination, and cooperation, assisting team members in delivering their goals and facilitating continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and facilitate feature owner ceremonies (Scrum of Scrum).
- Guarantee smooth use of Scrum methodology and help Security Squads face obstacles.
- Provide assistance to Initiative Owner and/or Product Owners concerning the Security Product Backlog.
- Organize coordination and collaboration within the cluster/tribe and with relevant stakeholders.
- Follow and realize deliverables agreements and manage interdependencies between stakeholders.
- Assist and support the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of structural problems through the squad Continuous Improvement Roadmap.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch is a plus
- French Fluent
- English Fluent
Education:
Bachelor/Master (or equivalent by experience)
Agile Requirements:
Agile teams are cross-functional, with all required disciplines represented. Team members are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines as needed.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Delivery oriented (project management)
- Experience in international company (multi-disciplinary)
- Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira)
- Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology
- Sound knowledge of project management methodology preferable
- Experience in IT Security (IAM, Resiliency, and/or Cyber defense Domain)
Business Experience Mandatory:
- Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) preferable
- Professional experience in Financial Services
