Mission Context:
The Process Engineer will document a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. This role involves using multiple models or views to ensure that the current and future needs of the organization are met efficiently, sustainably, and adaptably. The goal is to integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes effectively.
Function Description:
- Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the principles of "Business Architecture" and strategic objectives.
- Make necessary adjustments to existing processes.
- Continuously improve existing processes in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
- Contribute to defining needs and testing changes to applications.
- Regularly monitor and assess existing processes based on key indicators and customer feedback.
- Conduct analyses and studies on process improvements.
- Liaise and communicate with all involved parties to realize process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation to standardize implementation, solve incidents, and support adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
Change Management Responsibilities:
- Identify needs and carry out change management steps to ensure mastery of new or changed processes.
- Ensure follow-up and provide user support post-implementation.
Collaboration and Agile Working:
- Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to align solutions with customer needs and organizational strategy.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team to define, build, test, and implement products or services.
- Commit to delivering stories in planned sprints, focusing on executing the sprint backlog.
Education and Certification:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
Languages Requirement:
- French: Fluent
- Dutch: Basic knowledge
- English: Fluent
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site & 50% homeworking
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of specific tools for process management.
Business Experience:
- Knowledge of the business context of the domain.
- Mastery of process improvement methods and techniques.
- Understanding of risk management and control.
Preferred Skills:
- Notions of business architecture, automation, and data management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analysis skills and ability to structure and model.
- Efficient facilitator and communicator.
