Responsibilities

• Support Strategy & Transformation functions by translating strategic priorities into actionable, well-governed portfolios.
• Develop and manage Enterprise Portfolio Governance and Investment Decision Support.
• Collaborate within PfMO–PMO models and develop STO, TMO, PfMO, PgMO operating models.
• Prepare for Portfolio Board meetings and produce executive-level reporting.
• Manage portfolio health, including OKRs, value, risk, and capacity.
• Enable transparent and aligned decision-making through data-driven steering.
• Utilize Power BI for dashboarding and data modeling.
• Engage in scenario planning and RAID & Dependency Management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in one of the two national languages (French or Dutch) with a good command of the other
• Proven experience in a complex/regulated environment
• Experience with PPM tools (Planview, Clarity, etc.)
• Experience with BI (data collection, analysis, visualization, and storytelling)
• Experience with cross-domain multi-level stakeholders (strategy, finance, IT, business units, external parties)
• Experience with Enterprise/Corporate Portfolio Governance for both Business & IT Initiatives (5 years)
• Experience with Portfolio Decision Support & Executive Governance
• Experience with reporting
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Portfolio Management Frameworks (MoP, PfMP, SAFe lean)
• Experience in the Belgian energy sector (electricity and/or gas) with involvement in core energy-market, grid operations, regulatory, or energy-transition initiatives
• Experience with defining roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, initiative sequencing/portfolio balancing
