Program Management Officer – Integrated Portfolio Anticipation Service

Start Date: 5th October

End Date: 31st December 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Actively coordinate and monitor several programs, projects, and initiatives, providing status reports to senior management.
  • Set up systems for status reporting and monitoring of individual projects regarding planning, progress, budget, and resources, and follow up on projects.
  • Acquire basic knowledge of the context to translate project statuses into overall program status monitoring and reporting.
  • Establish and monitor risk management at the program level and identify and report risks.
  • Ensure alignment between streams towards common goals and coordinate interface management.
  • Set up systems for task management and follow-up on tasks.
  • Manage works and document management environments, such as SharePoint and Teams.
  • Provide quality control and support stream leaders by ensuring quality deliverables, proper validation, communication, and archiving.
  • Plan, prepare, and consolidate Steering Committee meetings, stream-specific meetings, and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Follow up on stakeholder management and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project support; previous experience within the energy sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French with excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Assertive, autonomous, and capable of managing and respecting deadlines.
  • Proactive and impact-focused, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a project team setting.

Additional Information:

  • Onsite presence is required for 2 days per week at the Monnoyer offices, and occasionally at the Empereur offices.
  • For non-EU candidates, a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required.
