Project Lead Vertical Integration

Location: Puurs, 100% Onsite

Contract Duration: 18 months with a possible extension based on project needs

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Vertical Integration project within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate existing manufacturing equipment with standard global tools such as Recipe Manager, OSI Pi Historian, and Middleware tools (HighByte – “MIL”).
• Work closely with automation project engineers to ensure the delivery of all project documents.
• Coordinate with business units to integrate new Electronic Batch Records (EBR) into the ITOT architecture and schedule implementation.
• Manage both internal project engineers and external automation vendors (PLC, SCADA, OT/IT) to adhere to project methodology.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in change management.
• Knowledge of SCADA principles (iFix) and PLC principles – Schneider and Siemens.
• Understanding of data flows, OPC UA, Historian, and SQL.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with middleware tools and electronic batch reporting systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
