Subject Matter Expert (SME) in iGrafx & TIM Solutions for a client in Brussels.

For a client, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in iGrafx & TIM Solutions for a technical role. This is a full remote position.

Contract Duration:

Until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the iGrafx BPM platform and TIM Solutions automation module.
• Manage system lifecycle activities, including releases, upgrades, patches, and yearly platform updates.
• Support and maintain development, acceptance, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate vendor support activities.
• Manage user access, security roles, permissions, repositories, and synchronization processes.
• Maintain integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, REST services, ETL processes, IBM API, and ORDS.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot JavaScript-based workflows and forms.
• Support workflow automation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform requirements analysis, estimate effort, and contribute to project evaluations.
• Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, system usage, and license reports.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base.
• Work closely with business process owners, IT teams, and software vendors.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting BPM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with iGrafx or a comparable BPM solution (Signavio, ARIS, etc.).
• Experience with workflow/process automation platforms.
• System administration and application support experience.
• Business systems analysis experience.
• Hands-on JavaScript development experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and develop automations.
• Workflow configuration and support experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SmartClient, JavaScript, Postman, Python.
• API and integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of authentication and security concepts: SSO, Azure Active Directory, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of BPM methodologies and governance.

Ideal Candidate:

• A technical BPM specialist with experience in both BPM repositories and workflow automation platforms.
• Capable of independently managing a BPM application lifecycle.
• Comfortable troubleshooting integrations and production issues.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining JavaScript forms and workflow customizations.
• Understands APIs, SSO, Active Directory, and enterprise integrations.
• Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working remotely.
• Experienced in evaluating automation requests and defining technical solutions.

Certifications & Additional Experience:

• BPM certifications (ABPMP, CBPP, or equivalent).
• Cloud application experience.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications/experience.
