About the Role

For one of our clients in Brussels, we are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen the team.

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing business applications, gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the applications from both a business and functional perspective.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end users.
• Collaborate closely with the supplier's Product Owner.
• Participate in business and functional analyses for new modules and enhancements.
• Model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN.
• Coordinate impact analyses (legal, security, compliance, etc.).
• Support end users in the adoption and effective use of the applications.
• Create, maintain, and update functional and technical documentation.

Practical Information

• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Brussels, with remote work possible.
• On-site Presence: Minimum 2 days per week.
• Team: Multidisciplinary team composed of both internal and external colleagues.

Language Requirements

• Dutch and/or French, with English.
