IT Strategy Analyst

Location: Brussels

Start Date: 17/08/2026

End Date: 31/07/2027

Mission Context:

The IT Strategy Office team is expanding and requires an experienced IT Strategy Analyst to contribute to its growth.

Function Description:

  • Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, including solution architects, project managers, and IT managers, to consolidate deliverables, updates, and insights.
  • Support the IT Strategy Office team in preparing for various governance bodies, including inputs, agendas, invitations, minuting, and follow-up of actions.
  • Prepare and develop presentation materials for senior management, gathering input from stakeholders to finalize content.
  • Lead certain strategy topics within the IT Strategy Office backlog, such as coordinating the budget and maintaining an overview of AI-related initiatives.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams and initiatives to ensure timely completion, coordinating and following up with tribe architects, lead architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Review IT Strategy Office deliverables to ensure quality, structure, consistency, and adequate review and publication.
  • Challenge assumptions, storytelling, and conclusions to ensure the highest quality of output.
  • Prepare several transversal Initiative Boards (project steerco).
  • Assist in critical thinking, research, analysis, communication, and change management.
  • Improve governance structures such as IT Strategy execution to ensure timely and expected delivery.
  • Manage the IT Strategy Office backlog.
  • Support the formalization of the IT Strategy for HQ.

Language Requirements:

Proficiency in English and active knowledge of at least one of French or Dutch.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking from Belgium.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

5 years of experience in IT project management, working in a consulting firm, PMO supporting program managers, or IT strategy formulation teams.

Key Skills Expected:

  • Ability to understand and navigate the decision-making context of the client, including organization, structure, key roles, and processes.
  • Ability to work with IT managers and senior IT Architects to collaboratively design expected deliverables.
  • Ability to perform retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to improve the impact of the IT Strategy team.
