HNA Planner

Assignment Overview:

This position is central to the development of High-NA technology, where you will coordinate complex experimental programs, collaborate with leading experts, and play a critical role in accelerating innovation through operational excellence, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high-priority experiments running in parallel, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with program objectives.
  • Orchestrate the scheduling and availability of wafers, materials, masks, and critical equipment within the High-NA Lab, while proactively securing backup resources to minimize operational risk.
  • Coordinate efficient logistics and timely shipment of materials and assets, ensuring uninterrupted experimental progress.
  • Act as a central interface between customer representatives and the High-NA execution team, providing key scheduling insights, aligning priorities, and helping define execution plans that consistently meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and implement innovative working methods and systems that elevate team performance and operational excellence.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in Supply Chain is essential.
  • Experience in Project Management is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, planning software, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive and adept at presenting information.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, flexible, proactive, and service-driven.
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus.
