Business Analyst

About the Role:

In this role, your primary focus will be on gathering, structuring, and refining functional requirements, and translating them into clear, detailed, and unambiguous user stories. While the role is primarily business analysis-focused, you will also contribute to user experience-related activities depending on the project context, such as supporting usability assessments or helping translate business and user needs into flows or low-fidelity wireframes. You will work on several digital products in development, especially an in-house platform for Generative and Agentic AI use cases. Additionally, you will facilitate the transition of existing digital products to operations, ensuring sustainability through cleaned backlogs and consolidating the functional documentation. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating business value, enhancing user experience, and driving the adoption of next-generation digital solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in requirements definition, discussing, assessing, and analyzing needs with the Product Owner and multiple business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops on product definition and conduct user research and usability assessments to support design decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using both visual wireframes or prototypes and structured documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and UX/UI design teams to define and deliver solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and high-quality user experience.
• Maintain the product backlog organized, prioritized, and value-driven aligned with user and business needs.
• Explain and clarify User Stories for the Dev Team.
• Evaluate implementation options with the Dev Team.
• Collaborate with the Testing Team to prepare test scenarios.
• Perform final acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with both functional requirements and expected user experience.
• Present the resulting product to stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Support the smooth transition from project to maintenance by documenting the digital product.

Profile & Skills:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with Agile and SCRUM; Kanban is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach.
• Excellent writing skills, producing clear, concise, and well-structured user stories.
• Focus on user value.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communicator with strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps Boards.
• Good organizational skills and autonomy.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing and creating low-fidelity designs.
• Experience in usability and evaluation (testing, interviews, and usability assessments).
• Experience with Figma.
