Transformation Program Manager

Support the design and delivery of strategic Workforce and Talent transformation initiatives. Contribute to large-scale cross-functional programs impacting the entire organization, with a strong focus on Target Operating Model design, organizational transformation, stakeholder alignment, including preparation of social dialogue. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a complex, regulated corporate environment and interacting with both operational teams and senior executives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Structure, plan, and drive end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Support the definition and operationalization of future Target Operating Models, translating strategic direction into actionable operating frameworks.
  • Lead analyses, prepare recommendations, and develop executive-ready deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, roadmaps, business cases, governance material, etc.).
  • Coordinate multiple HR, business, and support functions to ensure alignment across interdependent workstreams.
  • Prepare and facilitate governance bodies.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions, ensuring program delivery remains on track.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and adapt communication to a wide range of audiences, from operational experts to Executive members and social partners.
  • Support Change Management activities by ensuring coherent messaging, implementation planning, and organizational readiness.
  • Monitor program scope, timeline, budget, and overall quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency across transformation initiatives and contribute to building a coherent end-to-end Workforce Transformation roadmap.

Practical Requirements:

  • Available no later than 1 September 2026.
  • Initial assignment of minimum 6 months.
  • No extended planned absence during the assignment (normal corporate holiday periods are of course compatible with the role).
  • English C1 mandatory.
  • French or Dutch C1 mandatory.
