Data & Analytics Program Manager Position

Start Date: 01/10/2026 (earlier start date is negotiable)

End Date: 30/09/2027

Location: Brussels

Work Arrangement: Hybrid homeworking (minimum 3 days on-site)

Role Overview:

The Data & Analytics Program Manager will lead a transformative program aimed at modernizing data capabilities to maximize business value. This includes implementing a new scalable data platform, deploying a business-driven data governance framework, and migrating data from legacy systems. The role involves driving a shift towards a data product approach and overseeing AI developments within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate and integrate all program activities to ensure coherent and value-driven delivery.
  • Align with the Business Program Lead and Project Managers to ensure strategic and delivery alignment.
  • Manage scope, risks, planning, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure prudent use of contingency reserves.
  • Ensure consistency and manage dependencies across projects.
  • Deliver tangible outcomes at the program level.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to predefined timelines.
  • Coordinate change management actions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and lead program governance meetings, focusing on risk management and escalations.
  • Ensure continuous coordination across project teams and maintain a structured reporting framework.
  • Drive communication, change management, and adoption of program outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role within the data domain.
  • Proven experience in cloud data platform migration or modernization projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Experience in the energy sector is an asset.
  • Ability to deliver successfully in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Language proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Strong soft skills, including flexibility, resilience, and organizational capabilities.
  • Certified in Project and/or Program Management (PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent).
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
