AI Insight Translator

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy into AI use cases and drive them to value.
  • Build a deep understanding of the business partner and its strategic objectives.
  • Identify and qualify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into a prioritized roadmap.
  • Define information needs and analytical approaches, building business cases to secure management commitment.
  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary AI use case team to maximize impact.

Profile:

  • Bridge-builder who translates business strategy into AI initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual ability.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build contacts across various contexts.
  • Adaptive and comfortable in a changing environment.
  • Leadership skills to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
  • Relevant domain knowledge and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

AI Solution Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy, and operate AI solutions on top of the central AI platform.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.
  • Translate business requirements into working AI solutions.
  • Provide operational support and contribute to root-cause analysis.
  • Coach less experienced colleagues and share reusable patterns.

Profile:

  • AI engineer focused on delivering AI solutions, not building the platform.
  • Strong AI engineering skills on Azure.
  • Solid backend development skills and product-minded approach.
  • Collaborative profile, working closely with various stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, results-driven mindset.

AI Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

  • Design the solution architecture of AI applications in product teams.
  • Translate use cases into technical designs and work packages.
  • Make and document solution-level architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect AI Platform.
  • Govern realization by the AI Solution Engineers.

Profile:

  • Solution architect focused on AI solutions in product teams.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML architecture patterns.
  • Solid all-round IT architect background.
  • Bridges business and engineering.
  • Hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Location: Halle (2 to 3 days on-site)
