Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Start Date: 01/10/2026

End Date: 31/12/2027

 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements, contributing to studies and analyses.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of application functionalities and product processes.
• Analyze API-related needs and discuss application behavior with IT stakeholders.
• Validate and challenge new requirements, performing impact analysis.
• Define acceptance criteria and support stakeholder needs.
• Participate in feature slicing and refinement processes.
• Support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Resolve incidents related to functional aspects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Technical affinity with Java-based applications, APIs, and process layer configuration.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and find creative solutions.
• Customer-oriented and team player.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in English and at least one national language, with a passive understanding of the other national language.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
