Type: Fulltime

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a project team within the Wealth Management domain. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear and actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, challenge and validate business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear specifications for project teams, software suppliers and external partners.
  • Follow up on implementation and delivery projects.
  • Validate whether proposed solutions effectively address the defined business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
  • Capture and coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a more efficient and data-driven way of working.
  • Promote and apply structured Business Analysis methodologies within project teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the banking and/or insurance sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project work and stakeholder management within an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience within Wealth Management / Asset Management – must-have.
  • Experience implementing an external software package.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain a broad, strategic view.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Fluent Dutch is required.
  • Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and perseverance.

Profile

You are a structured and analytical Business Analyst who understands business needs and knows how to translate them into practical IT solutions. You are comfortable challenging requirements, coordinating different stakeholders and following solutions through from analysis to implementation. You combine a business-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
