Transformation Project Manager

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional transformation initiatives to strengthen risk management, compliance, governance, and operational capabilities.
  • Work at the intersection of Business, Risk, and Technology to bring structure to complex environments.
  • Align diverse stakeholder groups and drive projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Engage actively with content, challenge assumptions, and collaborate closely with subject matter experts.
  • Take ownership of project planning, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, testing, implementation, and change management activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate decision-making, and ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Support organizational change and user adoption, manage resistance effectively, and ensure solutions are embedded successfully.
  • Analyze and map current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) processes, validate implementations, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading transformation or IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including scope, planning, budget, risk, testing, analysis, and dependency management.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and/or ServiceNow PPM.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Business, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills, including driving user adoption and managing resistance.
  • Ability to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, challenge assumptions, and validate implementations.
  • Strong leadership, resilience, and attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC (Risk Assessments, Issue Management, Control Objectives, Privacy Management).

Language Proficiency: Dutch, French, English
