Business Analyst – Applications Life Cycle

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional point of contact within a multidisciplinary Agile team, acting as a bridge between business and technical profiles.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions that are customer-focused and cost-efficient.
• Implement solutions iteratively to ensure rapid time to market and immediate value creation.
• Monitor and analyze incidents, problems, and defects, identifying necessary actions for resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to execute tests.
• Continuously seek efficiency improvements and enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities for best practices, applications, solutions, journeys, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Must be trilingual in English, Dutch, and French.
• Extensive experience in SAP IS-U Structuring (Switching, Move) with 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and assess dependencies.
• Ability to assess requirements and solutions end-to-end.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent listening skills.
• Confident in facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to groups.
• Comfortable working against deadlines with an agile mindset.
