Cybersecurity Program Manager Opportunity
Location:
Remote work is possible with regular on-site presence in Luxembourg and Paris.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Europe CISO and collaborate with the Europe Cybersecurity team, including segment CISOs, Solution Engineering, and the Cyber Defense Center.
- Oversee and ensure structured reporting on the progress, risks, and performance of cybersecurity projects.
- Manage specific cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful execution in alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and resource constraints.
- Ensure proper structuring, planning, and execution of cybersecurity projects under the Europe CISO's supervision.
- Leverage standardized project management methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project management.
- Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to ensure project alignment with cybersecurity program and delivery objectives.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps across projects and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide regular reports to the Europe CISO on the status, progress, risks, and key metrics of cybersecurity projects.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and status updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency of project statuses, challenges, and achievements to relevant teams and leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment across different cybersecurity teams.
- Lead specific cybersecurity projects.
- Contribute to Europe Cybersecurity Program improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Cybersecurity domain or Cybersecurity Project Management.
- Good knowledge and strong interest in Cybersecurity best practices, standards, and technology.
- Good knowledge in IS/IT, including network, endpoint, cloud, and application.
- Strong proven experience in project/change management in complex/sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English.
Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge in one or several Cybersecurity domains such as Risk Assessment, Threat-Informed Defense, or Incident Response.
