Mission Context:

The role involves working within the Tribe Payments, responsible for coordinating and delivering instant payments products. The position requires further analysis of various initiatives with different tribes and métiers, from business requirements to the design phase (IT solution), and providing ad-hoc support until go-live.

Function Description:

The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the product owner and IT squads. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and following up on the delivery of features, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and business objectives.
• Serving as a point of contact for features, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and challenging assumptions for optimal outcomes.
• Translating business needs into clear business requirements for IT and OPS teams.
• Organizing and leading meetings/workshops with stakeholders (business and technical) such as local Cash Management, different business lines, product architects, IT, Operations.
• Acting as a liaison to the business community.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Is a plus
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in SEPA / Instant payments analysis or projects, regulatory initiatives.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IS and testing preferable.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology.

Business Experience:

• Good understanding of workflow processes preferable.
• Good understanding of Payment Processing.
