IT Functional Analyst - Senior

Mission Context:

The Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out potential solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Responsibilities include cost-benefit analysis and detailed solution design, specifying data and process support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure client adherence to architectural standards and security protocols.
• Work with architects to establish architecture and collaborate with project managers and asset managers.
• Coordinate between clients, business analysts, and asset teams to ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and align with asset teams on responsibilities.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to specify requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
• Analyze defects during testing and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide ad hoc support post-installation and analyze production incidents.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Proficient in English and at least one local language.
• French: Proficient in English and at least one local language.
• English: Proficient in English and at least one local language.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
• Preferable experience in Mobile iOS/Android.
• Knowledge of technical domains.
• Familiarity with analysis methodology according to enterprise standards.
• Practical experience with Scrum.
