Role Description:

We are looking for a manual Business Tester to join our chatbot squad, ensuring a high-quality, reliable user experience across digital channels. The focus will be on end-to-end and non-regression manual testing, validating functional behavior, business rules, and multilingual content (NL/FR/EN). You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and conversational designers in an agile environment, contributing to the overall quality strategy from analysis through to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Design, write, execute, and maintain manual test cases for end-to-end and non-regression testing.
  • Validate business requirements, user journeys, and edge cases across integrated systems.
  • Perform thorough multilingual validation (Dutch, French, English), with attention to content, tone, and consistency.
  • Identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately.
  • Validate fixes and support release readiness decisions.
• Collaboration & Agile Ways of Working:
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and designers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide early feedback on testability, risks, and quality concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices within the squad.
• Test Process & Documentation:
  • Maintain structured and reusable test documentation.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
  • Support compliance, auditability, and quality standards typical for a financial environment.

Language Requirements:

• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.

Education:

Professional bachelor is the minimum required.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a manual tester or business tester, preferably in complex digital environments.
• Strong test design skills (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario-based testing).
• Experience with end-to-end and regression testing.
• Expertise in banking products and services.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Comfortable working in agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to validate content in Dutch, French, and English.
