Mission Context:

Join an agile team responsible for designing, building, and testing valuable elements within a limited timeframe. As a DEV Engineer, you will apply skills in analysis, design, development, testing, and integration to deliver products at the end of each sprint. You will contribute to knowledge management within the squad, focusing on Interest Assets, particularly EZ/Term Deposit.

Function Description:

• Commit to delivering a product at the end of each sprint, collaborating beyond your specific knowledge domain.
• Focus on completing the sprint backlog, as determined by the Product Owner.
• Adhere to scrum values: focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, open communication, continuous learning, and commitment to delivering added value.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Analysis & Development:

• Perform end-to-end technical analyses for Mainframe-based applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Mainframe applications (Cobol, DB2, IMS, GTMS, JCL, EdZ) with a focus on Term Deposit systems.
• Design and implement technical solutions for RUN & Change activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mainframe-related incidents.
• Contribute to middleware integration (MQ, zOS Connect, SOAP).

2. Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for Term Deposit applications.
• Document technical processes and best practices.
• Work closely on RUN & Change activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align technical delivery with business priorities.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the squad.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Active knowledge of at least one local language + passive knowledge of the other language.
• French: Active knowledge of at least one local language + passive knowledge of the other language.
• English: Active knowledge of at least one local language + passive knowledge of the other language.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory technical experience in common development languages and architecture.
• Knowledge of methods, standards, security procedures, and development tools.
• Preferable experience with integration using different technologies and infra components.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of agile methodology.
• Excellent analysis skills, team spirit, and efficient communication skills.
• Ambitious towards squad targets.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance delivery speed and operational quality.
