Job Title: Cloud (ML)Ops Engineer

Location: Vlaams-Brabant (50% onsite)

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 31/12/2026

Responsibilities:

• Design and build cloud-native platform services for AI models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across countries to develop technical solutions.
• Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Automate workflows for data processing and model lifecycle management using Airflow, Spark, and Python.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Support colleagues in using the platform, including onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the evolution of MLOps practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering Sciences, or Business Engineering with a focus on Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in cloud, data, and AI, with a willingness to learn about new developments in the field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python and the broader data science ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Skilled in infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark.

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English.
