Context:
As part of a digital transformation programme integrating hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, data and co-creation environments, we are looking for a DevOps Project Manager Architect. This role is for a senior profile, capable of designing complex architectures while remaining involved in their implementation.
Your mission:
Be the organisation's DevOps lead, responsible for defining, implementing and developing DevOps platforms.
Make architecture decisions, implement them with the teams, and ensure they are in line with business, security and performance objectives.
Act as a hands-on technical leader, capable of defining a clear vision, making technical decisions, coding, configuring, automating and supporting teams.
Key responsibilities:
DevOps architectural leadership (strategic & operational).
Design, implementation and development of DevOps platforms.
DevOps & MLOps for AI and innovation.
Management of complex DevOps projects.
DevSecOps, quality and resilience.
Technical transmission, coaching and exemplarity.
Expected skills and expertise:
Technical expertise (very hands-on) in Linux, containerisation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Python, cloud, MLOps, observability, networks, and DevSecOps security.
Behavioural skills in technical leadership, complex decision-making, autonomy, clear communication, and ability to thrive in complex environments.
Education, experience and certifications:
Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, data or AI.
At least 3 years' experience as an integration architect.
More than 10 years of DevOps experience, including at least 7 years as a solutions architect.
Togaf certification.
Proven experience in cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.
Solid experience in AI/MLOps/machine learning.
Languages:
Professional English required.
French or Dutch required. Fluency in both (FR/NL) is an asset.
