For a customer we are looking for a Solution Architect JAVA.

Location: Brussels (Schaerbeek, 1 day a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

Develop a migration plan for outdated technologies to the cloud by 2028.
Coaching and hands-on role in guiding technical migrations.
Preparing cases and Proof of Concepts (POCs) per application.
Collaborate with and support 4 agile teams and their technical leads.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical leads.
Integrating AI / Co pilot into migration processes for time savings.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on JAVA.
Experience with outdated technologies and migrations to modern platforms.
Knowledge of WebLogic and containerization.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Strong coaching skills and hands-on mentality.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

Bilingualism in NL / FR is ideal, but not mandatory; good control of ENG is required.
Experience with AI / Co-pilot integrations is a plus.

Language requirements:

Fluent in English and French or Dutch. Ideally bilingual in NL / FR, but not mandatory.
