Senior Automation Tester

Job Title: Senior Automation Tester

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Brussels (Hybrid work model, 3 days a week on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and design test plans.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Document test procedures and results for future reference.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in testing complex systems or applications.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English. Additional language skills are advantageous.
