Scrum Master

Location: Antwerpen

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize multiple scrum teams.
• Ensure efficient organization of scrum teams through sprint planning meetings, standups, and other ceremonies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the Scrum team to apply the correct processes.
• Support the Scrum team in improving performance, mindset, and collaboration.
• Help the Scrum team resolve impediments, become autonomous, and develop individual leadership.
• Report progress on tasks to the Team Leader.
• Ensure good execution of the established Quarterly Agile Planning and business year roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address and resolve events hindering delivery progress and proactively reduce risks.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure procedures for release, change, and incident management are followed by scrum team members.
• Assist in the follow-up on system operations in production and support the scrum team during incidents.
• Promote maximal knowledge sharing within the scrum team.

Daily Activities:

• Organize and follow up on daily activities through ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Responsible for sprint planning, estimating, and allocating activities within the Scrum team.
• Support the SD/FA in explaining the context of developments and decisions regarding priorities.
• Manage the backlog and ensure wide planning and Quarterly Agile Planning.
• Assist with the correct assignment of tasks and ensure the completeness and quality of time spent.
• Share feedback with IT PMO on process improvements, training, tooling, and best practices.

Language Proficiency:

Dutch, French, and English

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
