Mission Description:

The consultant will work as a Medior Data/AI Engineer within the Data Center of Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extend and maintain the Data Platform (Databricks) in Azure based on current needs and evolving requirements.
• Lead and oversee the deployment of AI Azure services including AI Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI service, and Document Intelligence, and serve as its technical owner.
• Set up governance and ensure Data Security and Compliance across Azure Services in the Data Platform.
• Design and implement data ingestion pipelines for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on AI projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues as necessary.
• Offer expert advice on architectural discussions, AI model selection, and other technical decisions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data and AI infrastructure processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data/AI Engineer.
• Expert in Databricks with at least 3 years of practical experience.
• Experience with Azure AI Services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Possibility to work remotely (up to 50%).
