Responsibilities:
- Operational Team Management:
- Monitor individual objectives and performance.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Establish individual improvement plans and provide coaching.
- Knowledge Management:
- Demonstrate or develop in-depth knowledge of all processes and products within the team.
- Support in managing existing documentation.
- Efficiency:
- Identify and streamline processes within the team for improvement.
- Detect and implement opportunities for digitalization and AI application.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in French and Dutch.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Strong people management skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Project management and Lean management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
