Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Team Management:
    • Monitor individual objectives and performance.
    • Implement quality control measures.
    • Establish individual improvement plans and provide coaching.
  2. Knowledge Management:
    • Demonstrate or develop in-depth knowledge of all processes and products within the team.
    • Support in managing existing documentation.
  3. Efficiency:
    • Identify and streamline processes within the team for improvement.
    • Detect and implement opportunities for digitalization and AI application.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in French and Dutch.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Project management and Lean management expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client-oriented approach.
  • Critical mindset.
