Description

• Coordinate the upstream phase of the project, including studies or drafting of RFI, RFP if necessary.
• Identify stakeholders and define the project plan (PMP) concerning scope, deliverables, planning, resources, and project governance (standards, methods, processes, and tools).
• Evaluate and request necessary resources to ensure a motivated and efficient team focused on shared project objectives.
• Manage the project team in collaboration with Team Managers.
• Oversee contracts with suppliers at an operational level to ensure compliance with service and contractual terms.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Identify changes with the team, analyze their impact, and implement necessary actions.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and assign/monitor tasks of project team members.
• Manage human and technical requirements of the project.
• Apply methods, processes, and tools as outlined in the project plan.
• Manage the end-to-end process according to the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and the Software Management Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure correct and controlled production of the project and new functionalities, maintaining availability and consistency of services.
• Transfer project knowledge to operations to ensure continuity of "business as usual."
• Monitor and maintain implemented solutions during the "post-go-live" period.

• Proven experience in IT projects
• Proven experience in the energy sector
• Proven experience in the IT sector (10 years)
• Proven experience with ERP projects
• Proven experience with project budget management
• Proven experience with Scrum & Agile methodologies
• Proven experience with SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle)
• Perfect command of English in technical or professional contexts
• Perfect command of French or Dutch and very good knowledge of the other language (understanding and reading)
• Certified as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS,...)
• Proven experience with ITIL
• Proven experience with JIRA
• Proven experience with RFP
