Template Designer 

For a client, we are seeking a Template Designer.

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: To be determined

Location: Brussels (2 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of Local Business Needs: Identify and formalize operational requirements specific to the business unit. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure template solutions align with business objectives. Challenge requirements to fit the current system implementation and review content for alignment with existing templates.
• Structuring Configuration Requests: Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation for template design.
• System Usage Optimization: Explore best practices and leverage existing system capabilities to optimize template usage, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Collaboration with Business Units: Work closely with business teams and the IT Delivery Squad to validate configurations, support implementation, and maintain compliance with global and local standards.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document implemented configurations and templates, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to end users and support teams.
• Template Development and Integration: Design, develop, and maintain templates for inbound and outbound customer communication, integrating with various systems.
• Incident Management and Continuous Improvement: Proactively detect and resolve issues, provide temporary workarounds and structural solutions, and document procedures for future reference.
• Security and Compliance: Follow up on infrastructure and security tasks, including Life Cycle Management activities, to ensure all templates and configurations meet security standards.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Experience in application development/template design, integration, and configuration management.
• Strong technical knowledge, including Windows development, security, and risk management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences, including colleagues, management, and external partners.
• Quick learner, proactive in sharing knowledge and staying updated on trends.
• Flexible and solution-oriented, able to manage incidents and think strategically for long-term improvements.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and agile methodologies.
• Team player with a sense of ownership and a focus on business objectives.

Your work as a Template Designer will ensure the efficient adoption and optimization of target systems, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction while minimizing the need for custom development.
