Role Description:
The Tribe Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the delivery of complex, cross-squad initiatives that align with strategic business objectives. As the delivery cornerstone for flagship projects, you will ensure seamless collaboration between multiple squads, external stakeholders, and contributing tribes. Your mission is to structure, track, and de-risk the end-to-end delivery of epics and features, guaranteeing on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes while mitigating dependencies and blockers. This role requires a strong Agile mindset, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cluster Delivery Orchestration & Governance
- Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a cluster within the Tribe, ensuring alignment with tribe objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Structure and prioritize complex delivery topics.
- Facilitate cross-squad synchronization, ensuring dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved proactively.
- Monitor and report on cluster progress to the Tribe Management Team, escalating critical issues with mitigation proposals.
- Ensure compliance with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Agile Coaching & Squad Empowerment
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and other squad members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across squads, removing organizational and technical blockers.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies at the cluster level, ensuring alignment with tribe-wide initiatives.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging Agile metrics to optimize delivery performance.
- Support squads in refining their backlogs.

Education:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- At least 10 years of experience in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment.
- Proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, priority management, and risks & issues management.
- Experience in front-end/digital/mobile delivery management, API architecture strategy, release management, and DevOps knowledge.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical debt management.
Business Experience:
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in delivery.
- Deep experience in Agile project management methods, governance, processes, and tools.
